Industrial Ethernet Media Converter Fast Ethernet 1 x 10/100Base-TX to 1 x 100Base-FX (SFP) Un-managed FCNID-1EN-1ES(VER0)
General Description
The FCNID-1EN-1ES is a Fast Ethernet media converter that meets the industrial-grade requirement and converts the 10/100Base-TX Ethernet signal to the 100Base-FX fiber signal and vice versa. It comes with an RJ45 port for the Ethernet connection and an SFP slot for the fiber connection. It can convert and extend the transmission distance of 100m of a typical Ethernet network to that of the 155Mbps SFP transceiver selected. The FCNID-1EN-1ES industrial Fast Ethernet media converter can operate in a broad temperature range from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius. This makes it suitable to be deployed in a harsh industrial environment. It also complies fully with the industry IEEE802.1Q standard for virtual local-area networks (VLANs) which requires longer data packets to be sent on the network.
