General Description

The LC UPC fiber optic pigtail is made up of a single strand of optical fiber that is usually protected by a thin plastic layer of 900um buffer. It is terminated with an LC UPC fiber optic connector at one end while the other side will be left to be spliced together with the optical fiber from the fiber optic cable. It facilitates the connection between the patch panel to the other fiber optic equipment with the LC type interface.
